• Device Tokens: We collect and register Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens to send real-time push notifications regarding student attendance, upcoming exams, homework deadlines, and fee reminders.
• Student Performance Data: Attendance records, homework submissions, exam results, and fee payment history linked to student profiles.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate users and verify authorization to access student records.
• To send critical push notifications about school announcements, fee updates, and student activity.
• To present academic progress and dashboard analytics to parents and teachers.
